- Each touring group must select one individual who is responsible as the main contact and must accompany the touring group. This person will also be held responsible for damage to, or loss of Residence property.
- The member responsible for the tour must check in with the Ohio Highway Patrol in the Carriage House upon arrival.
- Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment, so your tour can begin promptly.
- Your reservation allows sufficient time for check in and a complete tour. Visitors who arrive after their scheduled time reduce the length of their tour.

- The tour is one hour of standing and walking. The Residence is ADA compliant. Guests who have difficulty standing or walking are strongly encouraged to bring wheelchairs, walkers or canes. Wheelchairs are not available for loan at the Governor’s Residence. For security reasons, tour guests must stay with their group at all times. Visitors who are unable to remain standing will be asked to return to their bus or car, as visitors cannot be unescorted on Residence grounds.

- Cameras are welcome; however, photos of the works of art are prohibited. Cell phones must be turned off during the tour.
